Our 53,000-square-foot-depot located in Suntree, Florida is only 15 miles north of our Melbourne campus. We can repair digital signage displays to servers to IRDs, and much more. Our depot repair services include diagnostics, troubleshooting, and component replacement. Our repair work is performed in a controlled depot environment to restore equipment to optimal functionality quickly and efficiently.

We believe in repair, rather than replace. First, it’s much more economical. There’s no need to replace an entire unit if we can replace the parts that are damaged or simply at end of life. Rather than ordering new products, we can repair units down to component level. Plus, repair is an environmentally friendly option, keeping usable equipment out of landfills or recycling centers before their time.

We joke that we can ‘Frankenstein’ obsolete products and bring them back to life, the reality is we give products a second life by combining depot repair with reverse engineering. Our technicians can analyze existing components and will reuse, rebuild or redesign critical components. This is especially important when budgets or timelines won’t allow replacement.
