Benefits Summary

USSI Global offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance. Benefits are available to employees after successful completion of a probationary period.

Medical, dental, & supplemental benefits

Upon completion of the 60-day probationary period, medical, dental, and life insurance are available. The employee premiums are partially paid for by USSI Global for medical and dental insurance. Employees may elect to participate in supplemental benefits including vision, life, short and long term disability, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.

Employee retirement fund 401k

At USSI Global, we encourage our staff to plan for their future. Retirement planning is available through the USSI Global 401(k) plan. Employees are eligible to participate on their date of hire, provided the employee meets the minimum age eligibility requirements. USSI Global will match one hundred percent (100%) of the employee contributions up to seven percent.

Holidays & paid time off

Employees who have completed the 90-day probationary period are eligible for paid holidays and a flexible paid time off plan. For additional information and details of the benefits offered, please contact our Human Resources Representative.
