As CEO, David leads the company’s strategic direction, and his vision and guidance drive USSI Global’s performance and culture. With almost four decades of satellite and digital communications experience, David has dedicated his life’s work to navigating USSI Global through multiple generations of technological change and managing its impressive growth. David has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin.
Tony leads the Global Operations Team for USSI Global, providing best-in-class support. He also leads the newly created team to expand the USSI Global Service Offering into a Product-as-a-Service model, as well as expand its managed services offering. His leadership spans 30 years in technology and service, with previous senior management positions at Avid Technology, Imagine Communications, Harris Broadcast, and Harris Corporation. Tony has a bachelor’s degree in finance and an MBA from University of Central Florida, and also attended the Executive MBA program at the University of Michigan.
With a management background in the finance and banking industry, Michele joined USSI Global in 1996. During her tenure with USSI Global, she has focused on enhancing the experience for customers, contractors, and employees alike. She is responsible for Human Resources, Risk Management, Marketing, and Business Development. Michele has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida with concentrations in General Business and Finance, and a master’s degree from the Florida Institute of Technology with a concentration in Contract Management. In addition, she holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
Dan, who is responsible for the Accounting and Finance operations of USSI Global, started his career in public accounting at one of the Big 4 CPA firms, serving mostly large technology companies. After public accounting, he held senior-level financial positions at companies in the manufacturing, aerospace and defense, professional services, and SAAS industries. Dan has extensive experience in accounting, audit, tax and treasury functions including experience dealing with venture and private equity investors, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and turnarounds and restructurings. He is a Certified Public Accountant and obtained his bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and MBA from the University of Central Florida.
Robert (Bob) Dunbar
Bob has fostered lasting relationships during his 30-year tenure in senior management roles, for several world-class media and entertainment companies. He utilizes his industry insight to develop and implement unique support solutions for customer program obstacles.
From industry-leading companies to startups, Lincoln brings an extensive background in satellite, broadcast, and network sales to USSI Global. Throughout his career, his industry knowledge has guided his support of the early adoption of several technologies including digital signage, digital music, and broadcast and streaming video. He has provided sales support to major broadcasters, national retailers, government agencies, enterprise customers, and professional sports leagues. Lincoln earned his bachelor’s degree at Illinois Wesleyan University.
Sergio is spearheading a new LEO connectivity service in Latin America for USSI Global. He is responsible for every aspect of the service, from infrastructure implementation to after-sales support. He also leads distribution partner selection, training and support, and disaster recovery initiatives. For more than 24 years, Sergio led a successful licensed public telecommunications network in Mexico that he co-founded. A frequent speaker at industry events, Sergio has authored two books, several trade magazine articles and has served on the boards of various trade organizations.
With a strong technical background in SATCOM Technologies, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge to support USSI Global’s diverse customer base. He has more 30 years of experience in Broadcast Communications, Field Operations Management, Process Improvement Management, and Business Development.
Dylan joined USSI Global in 2020 and has built his career with the company in business development. He is tasked with finding and cultivating new clients, as well as creating customized support solutions. Dylan holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Chaminade University of Honolulu.
A satellite industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience, Greg held key management positions with COMSAT and Ascent Media prior to his role as Vice President of Broadcast and Network Solutions with USSI Global. He oversees Program Administration and Management, Logistics, Customer Service, Technical Operations, Satellite Access, Warehousing, Repair Depot, and Engineering as they relate to USSI Global’s Broadcast Media Services.
Amanda has been supporting and developing customer relationships for USSI Global for more than 12 years. As the company’s customer advocate, she connects customers to the Operations Team and facilitates a smooth transition from sales to implementation. She fully integrates new customers into USSI Global operations, fortifies customer expectations, and ensures contract commitments are understood and fulfilled.
Chris has installed and serviced point of sale (POS) and digital signage systems for more than 15 years. His education includes a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University with a concentration in Business.
As Vice President of USSI Global’s Programs and Innovation Lab, Ted focuses on technology development and systems integration strategies that bring the company’s core broadcast, digital signage, and electronic business and consumer operations closer together. He has more than 25 years of broadcast industry experience, including his time as director of engineering across key business units at Harris Corporation and as COO/CTO at Qligent. Ted has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Jared started his accounting career in a DoD manufacturing business setting. He has accounting and finance experience in manufacturing, aerospace and defense, and professional services. At USSI Global, he is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and finance operations. Both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Jared earned his bachelor’s degree in accountancy and an MBA from Western International University.
Josh oversees Human Resources and leads all recruiting efforts for USSI Global. He has more than 15 years of experience in corporate and consulting-level human resources and recruiting, and joined USSI Global in 2015. Josh takes great pride in representing human resources as both a strategic business partner and a representative of the employee population. Josh’s education includes a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of West Florida. He has also earned Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM-CP professional certifications.
As Director of Logistics and Technology, Eric creates APIs for USSI Global customers to automate processes and close process gaps. These APIs also enable USSI Global to ship through multiple carriers with decreased handling time and increased shipping speed. He has more than 20 years of experience in technology, electronics, and hospitality – including more than 11 years with USSI Global – and has a diverse background in SMBs and large enterprise settings. His education includes a bachelor’s degree from Keiser University in Information Technology Management with a concentration in programming and networking.
Kate has been with USSI Global for more than two years and manages customer programs for Broadcast and Network Solutions. She and her team successfully execute multiple programs and special projects for many of our customers.
Duane started his career in the satellite industry for COMSAT/Ascent Media business unit in 1992. He has been responsible for a large number of core business customer programs and projects over the last 22 years. His education includes an MBA from Florida Metropolitan University – Orlando College and a bachelor’s degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
As the Director of Operations at USSI Global, Kyle heads implementing and improving operational procedures, ensuring optimal service delivery for numerous customers. His primary focus is developing and executing growth directives and guiding the division strategically. Kyle completed an MBA program at the University of Central Florida while serving as a program manager within the Digital Signage Solution division. That opportunity allows him to bring a unique perspective to USSI Global.
Jared has been with USSI Global since 2008. He started as a program analyst and is now the company’s director of logistics. His team is responsible for inventory and orders from the main campus in Melbourne, as well as USSI Global’s extensive global warehouse network. Jared earned a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Florida State College and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Abed, who has been with USSI Global for more than 20 years, manages installation and service support contracts. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida with a concentration in Management Information Systems.
