Our TOC stands ready with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, with tri-lingual support in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. We can handle distribution issues, including signal loss, IRD issues, and headend equipment malfunctions. USSI Global can also help resolve network or connectivity issues, such as router failures, IP configuration, and latency issues. We’re also ready for media player failures, video wall sync issues, playlist errors, and other digital signage system hiccups.
If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, USSI Global will dispatch a qualified field technician to the site, supported by our Tier 3 engineering team. Our Tier 3 engineers provide advanced troubleshooting and real time guidance, ensuring complex issues are properly diagnosed and resolved on the first visit. Once on site, our technicians are equipped to repair or replace components as needed, minimizing downtime and restoring service quickly.
